We believe your data is yours. For many of our utilities (like Sub Sonar), we employ a local-first architecture. This means the app operates entirely locally on your device. We do not track you, we do not harvest background analytics, and your local data never touches our servers.

When you use products that require an account or cloud syncing (like Frag Out!), we collect only what is strictly necessary to provide the service:

  • Account Data: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
  • User-Generated Content: Reviews, ratings, or text you choose to publish publicly within our apps.
  • Support Data: Information you provide when contacting hello@paperlogic.dev.

3. Payments and Financial Data

We do not process or store your credit card information. All payments are securely handled by our Merchants of Record (Lemon Squeezy) or directly through platform providers (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party services required to run our infrastructure (e.g., secure database hosting for account-based apps) or to comply with valid legal requests.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Welcome to Paper Logic. By accessing our website (paperlogic.dev) or using any of our applications or games, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptable Use & Accounts

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. To create an account, make purchases, or post public content, you must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental permission.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to reverse-engineer our software, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or use our services for any illegal activities.

2. User-Generated Content (UGC)

For apps that allow public posting:

  • You retain ownership of your content.
  • By posting, you grant Paper Logic a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content within our services.
  • Moderation: We reserve the absolute right to remove any content or terminate accounts that post spam, abusive material, or infringe on third-party copyrights.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

All payments and refunds are processed through our authorized Merchants of Record (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Apple, Google). By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of sale. Paper Logic does not directly process refunds for platform-managed purchases.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, branding, and original content provided by Paper Logic are owned by Sumit Deb and are protected by international copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability (“As-Is” Clause)

Our services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Logic and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use our products. We do not guarantee that our services will be bug-free.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chittagong, Bangladesh.
